Rise and shine, your breakfast is ready! Start your day nice and relaxed with a delicious farmer’s breakfast – it’s included in the price! You will find a variety of homemade farm produce, fresh milk from our cows and local quality products waiting for you in our breakfast room. Simply delicious!
Shop in the old smokehouse
There’s a produce corner in our old smokehouse, where you can buy homemade produce from our farm and our Alpine pasture, as well as a selection of South Tyrolean specialities. Oh, and… when we bake our own bread, the air is filled with a wonderful scent… enjoy it!
Local goodness
In our product corner, you will find regional specialties such as South Tyrolean wines, homemade fruit spreads, juices, syrups, and other spreads. From July to September, alpine cheese from the Wieserhütte is available on request. We also offer pasta with homemade sauce as well as butter and dairy products from the alpine pasture or the Brimi dairy farm.
You can help yourself to drinks and selected products from our small honesty bar at any time – simply consume and add it to the list. It’s very straightforward and based on trust. Just like we do here on the farm.
Our cheese dairy
In the summer, Georg’s brother Simon uses the milk from our cows to produce Alpine butter, cheese, buttermilk and yogurt. You are welcome to visit him at Wieserhütte hut, so you can watch him at work… and taste the cheese, of course!
