We are an authentic South Tyrolean farm, with lots of animals and spacious apartments for an unforgettable holiday in Meransen. In winter, we are right next to the ski slopes of the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort. In summer, you can set off directly from here and explore the many walks and hikes in our area. We’re the perfect base for your family holiday!
Apartments
Our spacious holiday apartments offer ample space for 2 to 5 or even up to 8 people – perfect for relaxing days with family or friends. If needed, four apartments can be extended with an additional room or flexibly combined as double rooms. Those who value comfort and space will find the perfect accommodation here.
A children’s paradise
Helping out in the barn, petting animals, and discovering nature—there’s hardly anything better for children. Our family farm in South Tyrol offers space to romp around, marvel, and play. Here, memories are made that will last a lifetime. A true paradise for little explorers.
Right next to the ski slope
Our vacation apartments are located directly on the slopes of the family-friendly Gitschberg Jochtal ski area—it couldn’t be more convenient! Skiing, sledding, building snowmen, or simply stomping through the snow: look forward to a winter vacation full of fun, exercise, and shared adventures.
Hiking paths
Hike directly from the farm or take the Gitschberg-Nesselbahn cable car up to the heights – both are possible! Easy family trails and challenging summit tours await you on the Gitschberg. Over 30 alpine huts and views of more than 500 mountain peaks make every tour an experience for young and old alike.

Wide mountains, clear air, and a view that lets you forget everyday life—the panorama around our farm is simply impressive. Whether you’re having breakfast on the terrace, hiking, or simply relaxing in a deck chair, the view accompanies you everywhere and makes every moment special.

Your hosts
Welcome! Meet your hosts: Marion and Georg, their children Lara, Emil, Linda and Elisa, Grandma Olga and Grandpa Josef, and Uncle Elias. Josef and Georg run the farm and the stables, while Marion tends to the family and our guests. Grandma Olga helps around the house and looks after the garden and flowers. As a large family, we know what it takes to make a family holiday perfect. We look forward to having you as our guest!
